WASTE LOGISTICS
Minexo Waste Logistics supports clients in the preparation and execution of (cross-border) waste transports. We handle, among other things, EVOA procedures, transport notifications, and the necessary documentation, and coordinate with carriers, processors, and competent authorities.

Digital EVOA & DIWASS
With the introduction of the revised EVOA and the digital system DIWASS, procedures for international waste transport are being further digitized. Since May 21, 2026, DIWASS has been used for new EVOA notifications and the associated transport notifications. For transports of Green List waste materials, the use of DIWASS will become mandatory from January 1, 2027.

Administrative preparation
Waste transport requires more than simply arranging a truck or ship. Permits, transport documents, planning, and responsibilities within the chain must be correctly documented and properly aligned. Minexo connects administrative preparation with practical execution and can, if desired, organize and supervise the entire transport.

Gaining control over new EVOA obligations
These changes require companies to reorganize their working methods, administration, and responsibilities within the supply chain. Particularly for organizations where cross-border waste transport is not a core daily activity, the new rules and procedures can be complex and time-consuming. Minexo takes these tasks off your hands, enabling cross-border opportunities to be seized and daily operations to continue uninterrupted.

We monitor the progress from preparation and loading through to arrival at the final destination.
